Shipping policy

For our dry goods items- postage is applied on checkout.

For live fish- Postage by 24 hour courier is always used. The cost of postage for live fish is £30 per order. You may 'Build-A-Box' and order as many fish as you like in a single order for £30.

If you would like to 'Build-A-Box' and order multiple fish in one order but not necessarily in one day please contact us at Myboyskoi@gmail.com. We limit 'Build-A-Box' time of holding, you must complete building your order within 10 days.

You must contact us at Myboyskoi@gmail.com to arrange an appropriate delivery day for live fish. Someone must be at home to accept delivery and check over your arrivals. We cannot hold your fish for longer than 14 days unless arranged otherwise.
